If you want to be part of a company committed to the environment and efficient waste management, and contribute to a large-scale circular economy, this is the place for you.

Product Lead

CONTENT:

Everyone's talking about terraforming Mars. Meanwhile, waste infrastructure is still being designed with Excel from the '90s. Plants built with those tools will run for 25 years.

We're Humara. We build physics-based simulation software that helps engineers and operators design better plants faster, and run them smarter. Veolia, PreZero, Valoriza, and FCC are already using it.

We're hiring a Product Lead to own the space between Sales, Development, and the client, the person who makes sure what gets sold is what actually gets delivered, on time and correctly scoped.

THE CHALLENGE:

A deal closes. Now someone has to turn it into a real implementation: define scope precisely, keep Sales, Development, and the client aligned, and drive the project to a working, delivered outcome, without anything falling through the cracks.

Right now that "someone" doesn't fully exist. We need someone who can hold both sides of the equation: real engineering judgment about what's being asked, and real project ownership to make sure it ships.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Own project delivery end-to-end

  • Turn a signed deal into a clear implementation plan: scope, milestones, owners, timeline

  • Evaluate client requirements with engineering judgment, not just as a message-passer

  • Track risk and dependencies proactively, flag and unblock, don't just report

  • Run several client implementations in parallel without losing track of any of them

Coordinate across Sales and Development

  • Be the technical translation layer between what's sold, what's technically feasible, and what the client actually needs

  • Keep timelines realistic, and renegotiate them honestly when they're not

Represent the project to the client

  • Run product demos and onboarding sessions as part of driving the project forward in English, regularly

  • Be a trustworthy, technically credible point of contact throughout implementation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Must-have

  • Engineering degree/background, you need real technical judgment to evaluate what a client is actually asking for

  • Real project/product ownership experience, you've owned technical or client-facing projects end-to-end, not just attended their meetings

  • Strong analytical / quantitative thinking, comfortable reasoning with numbers, not just words

Weighs heavily in our decision

  • Experience in waste treatment / industrial processes this matters a lot to us and will be weighted strongly in evaluation

  • Formal PM training (PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2) is welcome but not required

Also needed

  • High/fluent English, you'll be client-facing internationally on a regular basis

  • Fluent Spanish

  • Strong communicator, equally credible running a client demo and debating scope with engineers

  • Structured and organized, nothing slips through the cracks on your watch

You'll crush it if you are…

  • An engineer who thinks in milestones and dependencies, not just specs

  • Comfortable with numbers and technical detail, and able to translate both ways, client to engineering, engineering to client

  • Calm under pressure, juggling several live projects doesn't rattle you

  • Low-ego, high-ownership: you chase the outcome, not the credit

BENEFITS OF WORKING AT HUMARA:

Impact: help shape how the world handles waste at massive scale

  • Ownership: you're not executing someone else's plan; you're the one keeping the whole delivery on track

  • Team: small, exceptional, no politics

  • Growth: waste is just the start, industrial material flows are next

  • Flexibility: remote-first / hybrid; travel when it matters

The package

  • Salary: €28K–32K base (depending on experience) + performance bonus

  • Equity: ESOP participation

  • Time off: 23 days vacation + public holidays

  • Development: training budget + support for conferences/courses
